Karnataka SSLC exam 2021 Postponed
NEW DELHI : Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) have announced that the Karnataka SSLC Examination or class 10th borad examination will be postponed due to the covid 19 surge in India, as per the report prepared by ANI. The Authority have announced that the Revised Schedule for the examination will be released on the official website after the situation normalizes in the state of Karnataka.
According to a tweet by ANI, “SSLC Examination slated to begin from June 21 has been postponed in view of the surge in #COVID19 cases. The revised schedule will be decided after the second wave dies.”

Earlier the State had decided to conduct the SSLC Board examination from June 21 to July 5, 2021. But as the condition in the country is not good the board has decided to postponed the examination. The board came to the decision because due to sudden surge in Covid 19 cases in India. CBSE has decided to promote the Class 10 students on the basis of internal assessment and a new marking scheme had also been released by the board.Before Karnataka Board, many other states either cancelled or postponed the Class 10 board exams.
