President Draupadi Murmu to address the 31st Foundation Day of National Commission for Women Tomorrow

New Delhi : Honorable President of India Draupadi Murmu will address the 31st Foundation Day of National Commission for Women in New Delhi tomorrow i.e. January 31. It is being celebrated as a program to recognize and celebrate the success stories of women who have done well and have gone on to record their achievements with the motto of “Sakshakt Naari Sashakht Bharat”. Union Minister for Women and Child Welfare Mrs. Smriti Zubin Irani and Minister of State for Women and Child Welfare Dr. Munj Para Mahendrabhai will be present in this program

National and state women’s commissions, embassies, legal dignitaries, women and child welfare departments, legislators, university and college teaching staff and students, senior officers of the police department, army and paramilitary officers, national and state legal service authorities, National Women’s Commission Advisory committee members, former chairman of the commission, members and voluntary organizations will participate in the program.

The Commission has organized a two-day program from January 31 on the occasion of its 31st Foundation Day 2023. On the second day, there will be a conversation with women who have led the path of inspiration and empowerment. Through this discussion, it aims to provide a platform for the exchange of ideas and diverse opinions on gender equality in decision-making and leadership among women from different socio-economic backgrounds.
